Audio Systems - Minimum Recommended Equipment

Select one of the links below to view SimPhonics Minimum Equipment Performance (MEP) or minimum deliverable computer performance specification.  For those customers that elect to provide their own hardware, use the specification as a minimum performance specification. For systems that are proposed or supplied to customers the computer system will meet or exceed the following performance specification. Since the computer industry has traditionally doubled performance roughly every 18 months, expect these numbers to increase over time.

There are two separate specifications, one for FXDirect, and one for SMx systems.  FXDirect systems use off-the-shelf sound cards with less than four channels of audio, while SMx systems provides up to 64.
