9/5/2003
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) purchased a 32-channel SMx audio system for their Air Traffic Control (ATC) Trainer. The system was delivered to the FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center, an aviation research and development, and test and evaluation facility. The FAA also purchased a 3-day V+ hands-on training course that will be held at the FAA facility in New Jersey.
FAA personnel will create and implement their own V+ designs for their audio and voice networking needs.
