Select 
to close the dialog box.
To set the Database Name:
Right click on the object.
Select Static Data.
Select Table Name.
Select OK. This opens the Table Name dialog box.
Enter the database table name.
Click
the button to lock the selection in the static data.
Select to close the dialog box.
