VComm Get Number of Incoming Transmitters

Object Description

The VComm Get Number of Incoming Transmitters object can be used in conjunction with VComm Radio Objects. It is a VComm monitoring object which attaches to a VComm radio so as to observe the number of incoming transmitters.

To use the object, simply connect the output handle of a radio/intercom object to the radio handle input of this object. The output pin can be connected to anything accepting floating point input (such as an output port or a No Connection object).

Input Pin

HNDL

This input pin determines which radio is monitored by this object. This pin should be connected to the radio handle output pin of the radio object to be controlled.

Output Pin

The output pin provides the number of incoming transmitters in floating point format.

Example

The figure below presents an example of how the VComm Get Number of Incoming Transmitters object is used with a VComm GENERIC Radio, V8 DIS Only object. In this example, the number of incoming transmissions is 3.
